Welcome to the Parish Room at the Evangeline Downs Hotel
Meeting and Event Room Available for Corporate and Leisure Functions.
The Hotel’s meeting room, also known as the “Parish Room” can hold up to 60 guests for your next event.
The room can be arranged based on the event type, rounds are available for banquet and reception style events and rectangle tables are available for classroom, boardroom or U-shape configurations. Please confirm room details such as arrival time and room set-up at least one week prior to arrival.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Outside food and beverage may be brought in for your event at no additional charge. The hotel may offer complimentary water and coffee set-up as requested. Select items can also be purchased in advance including breakfast pastries, fruit trays, cookie trays, and additional beverages such as soft drinks and tea at a nominal fee. Specialty items and prices available upon request.
Catering can also be purchased through the Casino Food and Beverage Coordinator. All catering questions should be directed to the Casino’s Sales Director at 337-594-3088.
A meeting room contract must be submitted in addition to a $25 non-refundable application fee in order to hold your requested event date and time. For total rental fees, please contact the Hotel Sales Director. All meeting room fees must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance and can be paid by cash or credit card. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
